train cake for Peter's birthday

I made this train cake for Peter's birthday. He loves trains, if you haven't guessed already =] Inside the sugarpaste and royal icing decorations there is a 3-layer gluten-free vanilla cake, filled and covered with chocolate ganache. Yummy indeed!

Buzz Lightyear birthday cake

I made this Buzz Lightyear cake for a little boy's 4th birthday!

2-tier Buzz Lightyear cake, each tier made up of 3 layers of vanilla cake. Filled with vanilla buttercream and decorated with fondant stars.

wedding dress cookies for Karen

The talented and most lovely Karen of Karen Flower Photography needed some gifts for her brides and I made these wedding dress cookies wrapped in individual cello bags and tied to the ribbon with her card attached.
