Mark & Tugba's Wedding Cakes

Mark & Tugba's Wedding Part II

After their first wedding in Istanbul, cruising the Bosphorous on a boat in June, our friends Mark and Tugba had another wedding here in the UK, with the actual ceremony followed by a little gathering at a local pub in Guildford. I made their wedding cupcakes and a little wedding cake to cut...

The October 'Haven't You Grown' sale

My friend Nikki organises the 'Haven't You Grown' Sales around Brighton & Hove, offering a chance to buy or sell baby / toddler / children clothing and toys that they grow out of or bored of so quickly!

Only nearly-new items so it's nothing like your average car boot sale. And the bargains for designer toddler clothing aside, it's a great gathering of lovely people =]

These are the cupcakes I made for the October sale:

Halloween cookies

I absolutely love Halloween and all the cheesy decorations that come with it!

This October the Halloween craze started early in the naughty but yummy headquarters. I made a batch for the most recent 'Haven't You Grown' sale.

Here's a great blog post from Miss Bush Bridalwear and some more photos from the shoot at Fetcham Park. See the amazing work Carolanne Armstrong MUA done and check out her gorgeous daughter Violet modelling as a bridesmaid (and she's holding a Naught but Yummy cupcake! hehe)

Ok I can't resist the urge, I'll just nick that photo. Absolutely adore it!

cookies and cupcakes for Laura

Last week I delivered some cookies and cupcakes to my friend Laura:

breakfast (and cupcakes) at Matt and Diren's

The lovely Diren and Matt invited us for breakfast last week on Sunday and I baked these cupcakes for them:

See my website for more photos and the whole story:

last week in Bristol

As I had too many unused holidays in my day job, in an attempt to spend some before I take on another project, I took last week off and spent most of it in Bristol - the city I love, the city I used to live in, the city I miss... It was great to catch up with friends and walk on the streets that are so familiar and feels like home to me.

Like all fun things do, my Bristol visit whizzed by so quickly...

But I have met my good friend Roxy's little boy Atti for the first time (and it was love at first sight), caught up with my old housemates aaaaaand started to plan my darling Mel's wedding in Bodrum, Turkey next summer =] We'll need to visit Miss Bush Bridal Wear soon and design the invitations.

Mel wants a cupcake tower with a beach theme. Not sure how we'll sort out the logistics of taking cupcakes from the UK to Bodrum but if it comes to that I'll go and bake them there!

All weddings are great but planning a loved one's wedding is the most fun =]

sheepish cake pops

I love these sheep cake pops. I loved planning to make them, then actually making them, decorating them, looking at them and sharing them with people.

blog of yumminess!

It was about time we had a naughty blog of yumminess! I shall reserve the right to go back and edit this first post but until that happens, all I can say is: Hello! ;)
